We will list your property on all the main property portals to gain maximum exposure and attract tenants to your property.

Tenants will enquire and we will supply them with your nominated contact details and confirm that we will be sending their details to you via email and SMS

You arrange and conduct viewings with the tenants and let us know when you have agreed terms with the tenants of your choice

We will reference the tenants, prepare AST, lodge deposit with DPS and provide you with contact details for EPC and Gas Safety if required, we will also supply you with a FREE inventory template for you to complete and pass to the tenant with the AST for signature.

We will make sure all contracts are signed and everything is in place ready for you to do the handover.
